Fractional Django Development - Part 1

I am going to use the next few posts to talk about fractional development, mostly for my own benefit to voice and work through the arguments for and against the business model I am trying right now. It's probably not clear, but I am available on a fractional basis where instead of charging by the hour or day, I have a series of fixed price packages for ongoing work or I can produce a quote for fixed scope project. I have a number of clients so switching to a full-time contract is not an option, nor one I want to consider anytime soon, I like the flexibility!
